Online purchasing is not yet available on wolfgrex.com. This policy will apply from the moment it is activated.

1. Statutory Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order includes several items delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item. Statutory exceptions apply (see Section 6).

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to help@wolfgrex.com, or use the Model Withdrawal Form below. It is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your order number so we can identify your purchase. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.

3. Returning the Product
We will provide the return address when confirming your withdrawal request. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless WOLFGREX has stated otherwise.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

5. Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not any additional cost of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

6. Statutory Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases excluded by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any exception applicable to a specific product will be indicated on its product page.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact help@wolfgrex.com. You are entitled to the statutory remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or termination) under the legal guarantee, which for consumers in Spain lasts three years from delivery. In these cases, return costs are borne by WOLFGREX. These rights apply independently of the right of withdrawal.

8. Voluntary Return Conditions
Any additional return conditions offered voluntarily by WOLFGREX will be stated separately and will never reduce mandatory consumer rights.
