WOLFGREX plans to make delivery available to selected destinations within the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Available destinations may vary by product, fulfilment method and operational conditions.

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully confirmed. Preparation times may vary according to product availability and order volume.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the purchase process or communicated with the order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside WOLFGREX's reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs will be shown before the order is completed. Where free shipping or promotional delivery conditions apply, the relevant conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Customs and Import Charges

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should document the condition where reasonably possible and contact WOLFGREX promptly. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery, conformity, withdrawal or refunds.
