1. Identification
These Terms & Conditions govern online purchases made through wolfgrex.com, operated under the brand WOLFGREX by Maksymilian Ireneusz Woźnica, NIF/NIE: X6342963T, contact email: legal@wolfgrex.com.

Online purchasing is not yet available on wolfgrex.com. These Terms & Conditions will apply from the moment it is activated.

2. Scope: Consumers, Business Customers and Marketplace Sales
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made directly through wolfgrex.com. The provisions on the right of withdrawal (Section 10) and the statutory legal guarantee (Section 11) apply only to purchases made by consumers, as defined under applicable law, and not to purchases made by business customers acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession. Purchases made by business customers, including wholesale or bulk orders, are governed by these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable, together with any additional conditions agreed separately in writing. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that marketplace.

To place an order, customers must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Products
Product pages provide the main characteristics, available options and price of each product. WOLFGREX aims to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, although colours and visual appearance may vary depending on the user's device or display.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include the applicable taxes and any other mandatory charges where required by law. Delivery costs, where not included in the product price, will be shown before the order is completed.

5. Purchase Process
The customer selects the desired products, reviews the order, provides the information required for fulfilment, selects an available payment method and confirms the purchase. Before submitting the order, the customer will have an opportunity to review and correct any input errors.

6. Contract Language and Records
Contracts may be concluded in English and Spanish. After the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email that serves as a record of the contract. WOLFGREX will keep an electronic record of each order in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

7. Order Confirmation
After an order is submitted, WOLFGREX will send an electronic confirmation. An order may be cancelled or rejected where there is a genuine issue such as a clear pricing error, lack of availability, suspected fraudulent activity or another lawful reason. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded.

8. Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy information.

9. Delivery
Delivery terms, destinations, estimated times and applicable charges are described in the Shipping Policy. Customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply to international shipments where required by the destination country.

10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The detailed procedure is set out in the Returns & Refunds / Withdrawal Policy.

11. Legal Guarantee
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to goods under the law governing the purchase. For consumers in Spain, the legal guarantee for new goods is three years from delivery. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. Where an ordered product becomes unavailable, WOLFGREX will inform the customer and refund any amounts already paid without undue delay.

13. Complaints
Customers may contact WOLFGREX at help@wolfgrex.com regarding orders, products, delivery, returns or complaints. WOLFGREX will respond to complaints as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receipt.

14. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
WOLFGREX is not currently adhered to any alternative dispute resolution entity. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the consumer protection authorities of their place of residence. This does not affect the consumer's right to bring a claim before the competent courts.

15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

16. Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions applicable to the purchase.
