1. Statutory Withdrawal Right
Where a consumer purchase is covered by the EU distance-selling rules, the consumer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.
2. How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may send an unequivocal statement to help@wolfgrex.com or use the Withdrawal Form provided on the website. The customer should include sufficient information to identify the order.
3. Returning the Product
After communicating withdrawal, the customer should return the goods without undue delay and, where applicable, within the statutory period. Unless WOLFGREX has agreed otherwise or the law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
The customer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to make that assessment, as permitted by law.
5. Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, WOLFGREX will refund the payments received, including the standard delivery cost where required by law. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with the customer. WOLFGREX may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
6. Statutory Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by applicable law. Depending on the final product range, this may include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, and other statutory exceptions.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase contract, the customer should contact WOLFGREX. Statutory remedies and legal guarantees apply independently of the voluntary withdrawal procedure.
8. Promotional or Special Conditions
Any additional return conditions offered voluntarily by WOLFGREX will be stated separately and will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
