1. Identification

These Terms & Conditions govern online purchases made through wolfgrex.com, operated under the brand WOLFGREX by Maksymilian Ireneusz Woźnica, NIF: X6(…)3T [PENDINDG], with professional address wolfgrex@wolfgrex.com and contact email legal@wolfgrex.com.

2. Products

Product pages provide the main characteristics, available options and price of each product. WOLFGREX aims to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, although colours and visual appearance may vary depending on the user's device or display.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website will indicate the applicable taxes and any other mandatory charges where required by law. Delivery costs, where not included in the product price, will be shown before the order is completed.

4. Purchase Process

The customer selects the desired products, reviews the order, provides the information required for fulfilment, selects an available payment method and confirms the purchase. Before submitting the order, the customer will have an opportunity to review and correct relevant information.

5. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, WOLFGREX will provide an electronic confirmation where required. An order may be cancelled or rejected where there is a genuine issue such as a clear pricing error, lack of availability, suspected fraudulent activity or another lawful reason.

6. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment method made available at checkout. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy information.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, destinations, estimated times and applicable charges are described in the Shipping Policy. Customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply to international shipments where required by the destination country.

8. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Where an ordered product becomes unavailable, WOLFGREX will provide the appropriate information and, where required, refund amounts already paid.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The detailed procedure is set out in the Returns & Refunds / Withdrawal Policy.

10. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to goods under the law governing the purchase. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

13. Scope: Consumers, Business Customers and Marketplace Sales

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made directly through wolfgrex.com. The provisions on the right of withdrawal (Section 9) and the statutory legal guarantee (Section 10) apply only to purchases made by consumers, as defined under applicable law, and not to purchases made by business customers acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession. Purchases made by business customers, including wholesale or bulk orders, are governed by these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable, together with any additional conditions agreed separately in writing. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that marketplace; these Terms & Conditions apply only to purchases made directly on wolfgrex.com.

14. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers resident in the European Union may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to seek an out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from an online purchase. This does not affect the consumer's right to bring a claim before the competent courts.

15. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions applicable to the purchase.
